When is the convention?
ANIME Impulse Bay Area 2024 is being held on Saturday (July 26, 2025) and Sunday (July 27, 2025) at the Santa Clara Convention Center.

Where and how much is parking?

Upon arrival at the Santa Clara Convention Center (2525 Tasman Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054), please kindly follow the event ground signage for parking.
Parking is FREE at the City of Santa Clara Tasman Garage!
What are the event hours?
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Where do I get my tickets?
Regarding entry: We can scan your tickets from your smartphone. However, we recommend that you print them from home for faster entry!
How much are tickets?
$40 - 2 Day Pass
$30 - 1 Day Pass
Children age 3 and under are admitted for free per paid adult admission (limit of 1 child per adult please).
Can I buy tickets on-site?
No physical tickets will be available on-site. If purchasing tickets, you must purchase your tickets from SeeTickets!
One Ticket Access? K-PLAY! FEST and Collectors Expo?
If you purchased an ANIME Impulse Bay Area ticket, you will also have FREE access to K-PLAY FEST! Bay Area and Collectors Expo Bay Area!
Return Policy:
Tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
What am I NOT allowed to bring?
Items not allowed in the park include radios, cassette recorders, sleeping bags, luggage, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, and coolers. Wagons used as strollers and coolers containing baby food are allowed. Additionally, no outside food items will be allowed to be brought inside the event. Please note that all backpacks, purses and bags will be inspected upon entrance at the entrance. Small insulated coolers, no larger than 1’x1’x1’, filled only with water are allowed.
Re-entry into the event?
Convenient exit and re-entry is available throughout the day of your visit by the hand-stamp provided upon exit of the event.
Where is Lost & Found located?
Lost and Found will be located at the ANIME Impulse Info Booth within Vendor Hall.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, we recommend you ask permission of guests and cosplayers, before shooting a photo. It’s even better to have them agree to pose for your camera! Please ask Artist Alley vendors if you may take photos of their work.
Do you allow pets and animals inside the event?
Animals are not allowed inside the event with the exception of service animals. Also pre-registered & confirmed guest animals will be allowed.
