🌟 Club Ironmouse Credential Pick Up & Merchandise:

• Concert Credentials

  • All concert-goers must head to the ANIME Impulse merch retail booth (located by the Main Vendor Hall entrance, next to the ANIME Impulse info booth) upon arrival to pick up your official concert credentials before entering the queue.

• Merchandise Shopping

  • The ANIME Impulse Merch Retail Booth (located by the Main Vendor Hall entrance, next to the ANIME Impulse info booth).

• Concert Theater Location

  • Located on the 2nd Floor of the Santa Clara Convention Center! Please take the escalators up (located in the main lobby. (You must have ANIME Impulse Bay Area 2026 ticket to enter Santa Clara Convention Center).

• VIP EXPERIENCE

  • VIP meet & greet will be held as a group session. Mouse will perform a sound check, take questions from attendees, and wrap up with group photos.

  • Exclusive VIP Merch Gift (Keychain, Sticker sheet, Digitally signed cheki).

  • Early Access Merch Booth starting at 10:00 AM (2 hours before general sales).

  • Dedicated VIP Early line up for the concert (Meet & greet, Pre-show, Concert).

😈 Club Ironmouse: Bay Area Theater Edition Policy

The ANIME Impulse staff reserves the right to make final decisions on any matters not explicitly covered in this policy to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

1. Admission & Venue Logistics

• Location: Santa Clara Convention Center Theater (Located on 2nd Floor). [SATURDAY JULY 18TH ONLY]

• Dual Ticketing: You must have ANIME Impulse Bay Area 2026 +‍ Club Ironmouse Concert Ticket.

• No Re-Entry: To ensure safety and crowd flow on the 2nd floor, re-entry to the Theater may be restricted once the performance begins.

2. Seating & Queueing

• Capacity & Seating: The theater seats exactly 607 people. There is no standing room and no "pit." Your comfort is guaranteed by a seat, but your view depends on you arriving early.

• Fixed Seating: This venue uses fixed theater seating.

• VIP EXPERIENCE (Early Entry): VIP EXPERIENCE ticket holders will be loaded into the theater first. To secure your preferred seat, you must be in the 2nd-floor queue at least 30 minutes before doors open.

• No Aisle Standing: Per SCCC policy, attendees are not permitted to stand or sit in the aisles. You must remain in your assigned or chosen seat during the performance.

• ADA Seating: Designated ADA seating is available. Please notify a staff member at the theater entrance if you require accessible seating

3. Cosplay & Gear Restrictions

• Theater-Friendly Cosplay: Since seats are fixed and space is tight, avoid "wide" cosplays (hoop skirts, giant wings, or oversized armor) that might obstruct the view of others or block the aisles.

• No Large Props: Large props, including but not limited to scythes, staves, oversized wings, shields, etc are strictly prohibited inside the Theater. Props cannot take up a seat or be placed in the aisles. If your prop cannot fit entirely under your seat or in your lap without hitting your neighbor, it must be left in your vehicle or hotel room.

• Light Sticks: Glow sticks and Penlights are highly encouraged! However, please keep movements within your "seating bubble" to avoid accidentally hitting your neighbors.

4. Bag & Item Policy

• Clear Aisle Policy: Large bags, luggage, or bulky items must be stored in your vehicle or hotel. Bags must be small enough to fit under your theater seat.

• Prohibited: No outside food or drinks. Professional video recordings are prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect the Performers & Staff: Harassment of any kind toward staff, performers, or fellow fans will result in immediate removal without refund.  Any harassment, "lewd" behavior that violates convention-wide family-friendly guidelines, or disruption of the performance will result in immediate ejection by the security.

• Respect the Venue: No feet on the theater seats.

• Streaming/Recording: Personal phone recording is generally permitted for short clips (memories!), but full-show live streaming or recording of the performance is strictly prohibited.
