Astro Boy Gets New Series

TV Tokyo announced that there is a new Astro Boy Series. Entitled ‘Go Astro Boy Go!’ The series is a very kid friendly anime with the characters being redrawn to be more chibi rather than its original look. TV Tokyo will launch this series along its ‘Preschool Time’ which is every Thursday from 5:55-6:55 PM.

Planet Nemo’s official statement follows:

"The eco-systems of planet Earth are endangered. Lucky for us, a super-powered robot boy is flying to rescue! astro in on a mission to help anyone anywhere in the world with a problem involving natural phenomena. Go little Astro Boy ! GO !"
