ANIME Impulse Dallas, Texas 2025 Guest Announcement!

Known for their radiant performance as Phianon from Honkai: Star Rail, Joshua Waters is carrying the fate of ANIME Impulse Dallas 2025! They’ve taken on roles such as:

  • Phainon (Honkai: Star Rail)

  • Shuto Sendo (BLUELOCK)

  • Soga Kugisaki (My Hero Academia: Vigilantes)

  • Edward (Fire Emblem Heroes)

  • Yoshikazu Miyano (Sasaki and Miyano)

Before bringing the first light of dawn to the new world, Joshua Waters hit the goal with Shuto from BLUELOCK and Miyano in Sasaki and Miyano. They enjoyed their time being Hisashi from Twilight Out Of Focus, hoping to bring in more LGBTQ+ representation through voice acting. As of recently, you can also recognize them as the voice of Klein Moretti from Lord Of Mysteries.

Fun Fact: Joshua has been a longtime fan of Honkai: Star Rail, even auditioning for roles besides Phainon. Maybe it was fate that brought them here.
