  • The interest form is a means for us to inform you when the application opens to the general public.

  • We cannot provide any additional convention information at this time, other than the noted info above. Further details will be sent out to confirmed Vendor Hall & Artist Alley participants as we approach the convention.

  • Please note that applications will not be reviewed until closer to the event, so your patience is well appreciated.

GENERAL ANIME IMPULSE ARTIST ALLEY INFO

Artist Alley

  • Art and other merchandise featuring said art sold at table must be drawn wholly by the participating Artist.

  • Each table space at ANIME Impulse is meant for one (1) artist only. Studio/Group/Collective Tabling is not allowed. Please note that tabling under an umbrella name (i.e., an art studio, collective) within which multiple artists are selling their own respective merch is strictly prohibited. Such an act would be considered table sharing, which is prohibited at any ANIME Impulse event.

  • Adult Material cannot to be sold in table spaces.

  • Weapons cannot to be sold in table spaces.

General Information

  • Artist Alley Table purchases are non refundable and non transferable. They may not be sold, shared, or given away.

  • Registration Fee includes two (2) 2-day passes, one 6-foot table and two chairs. Electricity, internet, or tablecloth will NOT be provided.

  • Any space not claimed and occupied two hours prior to the show opening will be considered a "No-Show". Any "No-Show" space(s) may be resold or reassigned without refund. Artist Alley Table must be staffed by an authorized representative during all show hours. Each exhibit must be open for the full duration of official show hours. Lost spaces cannot be reclaimed.

  • Sharing or subletting space is not allowed.

  • Please add our email help@animeimpulse.com to your contacts to avoid our emails ending up in spam. We recommend checking your spam folder in the case that our emails accidentally get filtered there.
