ANIME Impulse Meet & Greet Details

Terms and Conditions

1. Attendance: In order to participate in any of the VTuber meet & greets, you MUST have both:

   • A ANIME Impulse ticket

   • A VTuber Meet & Greet ticket

   • Only 1 (One) ticketed attendee is allowed entry into the meet & greet. Pairs/Groups will not be permitted to enter together, regardless of having meet & greet tickets or not.

2. Checking-In and Badge Pick-Up:

   • To check-in and pick up any goods for your meet & greet, please head to the ANIME Impulse Special Programming Ticketing Booth.

   • Please make sure to bring any form of valid ID (passport, driver’s license, school ID, etc) for check-in, along with your purchase confirmation emails.

   • Only the original buyer of the meet & greet tickets can check-in for and use the meet & greet tickets. Picking up tickets to hand off/sell to other attendees is NOT permitted.

     • Any instances of transferring/proxy buying, or handing off IDs for another attendee to pick up and use tickets with may be subject to be blacklisted from all future programming.

   • Lost wristbands and other package goods will NOT be replaced.

     • As badges are required for meet & greets, any badge lost prior to your meet & greet session(s) means you will be unable to redeem your meet & greet time.

     • Once badge(s) are claimed, they are the responsibility of each respective attendee. Thus, in accordance with our non-refund policy, lost badge(s) fall under being non-refundable.

3. Lining Up:

   • Please be sure to bring any valid form of photo ID (state-issued driver’s license, school ID, passport, etc.) to your meet & greet session, as names will be checked during line-up. Both your meet & greet ticket name and ID name MUST MATCH exactly.

   • Please check which time you need to line up for your session! All ticketed meet & greets will be honored per their designated session.

   • Please do not line up too early as it may cause confusion and overcrowding within the lines.

   • Please line in front of your respective VTuber talent’s booth while waiting for your turn during your designated session.

   • In order to be counted as being in line, you must CLEARLY AND VISIBLY be standing/sitting within the designated line up area in front of each meet & greet booth. Failure to clearly demonstrate waiting in line will result in cancellation of meet & greet without refund.

   • Failure to arrive on-time for your designated meet & greet session will result in cancellation of meet & greet without refund.

4. Photos and Videos:

   • Per the guidelines of the management, video recordings are prohibited. However, photos and selfies are more than fine during your timed session!

5. Transferring & Refunding Tickets: Tickets are both non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Time: Each meet & greet session is timed for minute(s) listed on the tickets. While it’s definitely exciting to meet your oshi, please be mindful and considerate of other fans and try to not overextend past your session time!

   • Convention staff reserve the right to interrupt & cutoff meet & greet session(s) that overextend well past the amount of time originally purchased.

7. Behavior and Decorum: As thrilling as it is to meet your fave, please be sure to be respectful towards talents & staff you are meeting with! Seiso is the way to go!

   • Any misconduct and/or violent aggression shown towards the talent and/or our staff will result in an immediate cancellation of the meet & greet, along with a permanent ban from future programming.

8. Gifts: Gifts of any sort (fan art prints, physical trinkets, etc) will not be accepted, so please kindly refrain from bringing any with you during your meet & greet.

   • Letters: Letters can be accepted!
