Terms and Conditions

  • Attendance: In order to receive your cheki from Lucky’s Butler Lounge, you MUST have:

    • A ticket to ANIME Impulse OC 2025

    • A Lucky’s Butler Lounge session ticket

    • A cheki ticket to your corresponding Lucky’s Butler Lounge session

  • Photos and Videos:

    • Out of respect to the butlers, pictures and/or videos are prohibited!

  • Lining Up:

    • Please check which time you need to line up for your session! All cafe session tickets will be honored per their designated session.

    • Failure to arrive on-time for your designated cafe session will result in cancellation of meet & greet without refund.

  • Transferring & Refunding Tickets: Tickets are both non-transferable and non-refundable. All sales are final.

  • Behavior and Decorum: Please be sure to be respectful towards the butlers & any staff you are meeting with!

    • Do not ask for personal information of any of the butlers.

    • Do not touch the butlers without asking for consent.

    • Any misconduct and/or violent aggression shown towards any of the butlers and/or convention staff will result in an immediate cancellation of the café ticket, along with a permanent ban from future programming.
