San Mateo County Event Center offers 2 convenient internet options to assist you in planning a successful event. Please see below and select the option you would like to purchase.
Due to venue policy, orders submitted AFTER noted due date will NOT be accepted.
1. Wi-Fi Access:
Cost: $200 for 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) per device.
Access: Each internet password can only be redeemed once for a single device. Once a password is used, it cannot be transferred or shared with another device. 25 Mbps.
Important: Make sure to purchase enough codes for all the devices you plan to use (e.g., laptop, phone, tablet).
2. Hardline (Wired) Internet Access:
Cost: $800 for 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) per connection.
Access: Provides a stable, high-speed wired connection, ideal for those needing consistent, uninterrupted internet access. 50 Mbps.
Labor Fees:
All setup labor fees for both Wi-Fi and hardline internet access are included in the price.
